How is delivery carried out at BriWE?

Generally, our orders are delivered within the deadlines mentioned on our site and by your location and more precisely within the summary deadlines for your order which you will find in your order validation email. Delivery times take effect from confirmation of the order. In the event of an impediment either due to force majeure or an unforeseeable event that does not allow us to honor delivery within the allotted time, the delivery time is extended depending on the duration of the impediment. When the above conditions are met, the order is canceled and we will refund the amounts you have already paid in the event of a pre-order.

We are required to only deliver items within the limits of our available stock or for which we have ordered from our suppliers or partners. We deliver exclusively within the national territory by the city or locality of your choice as indicated during the ordering process. Home deliveries to our approved showrooms are currently in effect only in the cities of Douala and Yaoundé. For the rest of the cities and towns on the national territory, deliveries are made via the official agencies of our logistics partners whose addresses will be communicated to you during the processing of your order before collection. It is your responsibility to provide us with exactly all the delivery information necessary for the proper delivery of your order. The products sold on our site are invoiced based on the prices indicated in the offer at the time of the order. Delivery to Collection Point:

(service not valid for cities other than Douala and Yaoundé) Delivery to one of our Collection Points in the cities of Douala and Yaoundé: Delivery to a Collection Point is free at briwe. This is a fast delivery service at no extra cost. Once your order is available, you will be contacted for collection at the collection point you chose when confirming your order. The Delivery to Collection Point option can be selected when finalizing your online order, just like other delivery methods. It offers you the possibility of placing your order and collecting it on-site or receiving your item on the same day directly after validation of your online order, within the limit of stock available in our warehouses.

It should be noted that your package can only be kept for a maximum of 7 days at our collection points, after which we reserve the right to cancel it. Delivery by a logistics partner. For localities and cities other than Douala and Yaoundé, collections are made from the agencies of our logistics partners. You will be contacted once the item has been sent for collection.
