Cotton Kite Line and Winder

100 feet of 12# cotton (white fuzzy) line, 20 lb test, on a 3 1/2 inch winder. Solid in multiples of 10. Sometimes called the D-handle, this winder is a good starting point for kite enthusiasts and kids. With 100 feet of cotton string this setup is plenty long, winds and unwinds easily, and is affordable for numerous small projects.
