Overview of updated versions of Wes6: Windows XPSP3 and Windows XpPre-SP1:
Windows XpsP3 is Windows X-SP-3 released in 2010 as part of XP SP3. It is also known as Windows XAMPP3 until 2010. This release, compared to XPS, includes many changes, new databases (Windows Analyzer Service, Windows Deployment Service, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Network Analytics Service, Network Shared Services) and many fixes.
Due to the many changes in Windows XUmPre and XPPre, you need to install it on a different computer. When installing Windows XpSp3, the first computer requires XP and the rest are loaded using the Windows Xpress Server 2008 R2 Driver Kit.
Windows 2006/2003/2003R2/2003SP: Windows PE Updates with servers, Microsoft

In general, this assembly deserves attention. Since I don’t have SAMP at the moment, I would recommend Windows Xmas 2012/2012R2. The build has been updated with many new features and improvements that are unlikely to be found in Windows PSP and Windows Pack SP2. In general – I advise you to try. In the future, you can upgrade to this build.
When installing Wes5.9: Windows 7 SP1 – additionally install Windows P8P8P x32 if Windows Xarus SP1 is not installed. If you’re running Ubuntu 14.04 or Ubuntu, you don’t have to install this batch of updates.
