Thanks for your post. I am new to the software usage. I am not sure the means to obtain it. I have searched “fastmedia”, “qtractor” but all the result is iTunes as well. Is there any way to run it on my PC and burn the CD or I have to buy the original mac version?
On Mac OS X, it’s actually available via homebrew. So no need to download it from anywhere.
MacHomebrewEncoderApplication and MacHomebrewEncoderApplication1 are the relevant packages. They ship with all sorts of metadata with them, so you’ll need to run the installer you just downloaded with your menu’s Control Panel –> Applications or use the following command to manually search for the apps in your Finder:
brew search qtractor
After everything’s set up, you’ll need to run qtractor under the terminal, as the application expects to be run as a command line app. That’s, from any folder, just like you’d run any other terminal command.

Great tool. I use it to convert all the files that are saved with my Audiophile Cam-Shot. It works great on my 20+ year old Mac but on my new Mac Pro it appears that it does not work anymore, I assume because the system is too new.

I have a computer that I got for Christmas and this computer has become infected with Malware. It is displaying a pop up every time I try to open another program and then pops up and never closes. (I am using Linux).
I need to know if there is any way that I could delete all files in a folder, then re-open the folder, then recover all files that were in the folder.
