Q:

mod_rewrite: Redirect all not matching subdomain to subdomain

I have URL as domain.com/page. I need to redirect all unmatched subdomain as subdomain, and matched as domain. So, if I access www.domain.com/page then the URL will be changed to www.domain.com/www.domain.com.
Here is my code:
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST}!^www\.domain\.com$
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ [QSA,R=301]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ [QSA,L]

But, this way of doing doesn’t serve the requirement.
Thanks in advance.

A:

You can’t have an ending slash in a Redirect, so change this:
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ [QSA,L]

into this:
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https

FolderBox Registration Code Free Download PC/Windows [March-2022]

The extension is built as a free and open source application and compiled with the MSVC C/C++ compiler. You can freely download and install the compiled extension for free. You can find the source code and the documentation under the GNU General Public License in the folder /FolderBox Serial Key/Source/.
About the Extension:
The FolderBox extension displays additional Folders in the lower part of the default Windows Explorer shell or the desktop. These additional Folders show up in a new (second) tab sheet of the default Explorer window.
You can move, copy, and delete files and folders inside them.
The extension works just like a normal Explorer tab sheet (but without the usual loading time!)
FolderBox has a clean and simple interface. It lets you drag & drop files, copy them, open them, and close them, as you would in a normal Explorer tab sheet.
You can manage multiple FolderBoxes over the tab sheets of the Explorer shell. Additional folders now are just one mouse click away!
Note: Free for non-commercial use only
FolderBox Note:
Note: You need to download and install the Windows Vista patch from Microsoft.
You need to download and install the Windows 7 patch from Microsoft.
Important: There is no support for this extension in Internet Explorer 9 or later.
You can, however, use the desktop application FolderBox to access these folders in Internet Explorer 9.
FolderBox Main:
FolderBox is built using the Visual C++ Windows API and it is linked to the Windows shell. You can use folderbox.manifest to add your own custom menu items.
*NOTE: You must also turn on item links for your extensions in the settings.*
With folderbox.manifest you can build you own Extension. This allows you to build extensions for your specific needs. You can browse the entry point for more detailed information.
FolderBox allows you to declare multiple menu items. You can use them to bundle together several operations which you want to perform on the selected folders. You can even include checks for the existence of certain files or folders.
You can declare menu items as.Net Framework 1.1, 1.2 or 2.0.
If you want to add support for additional languages, you need a.NET 2.0 version of your menu item.

Acute myocardial infarction, ventricular tachyarrhythmias, and mortality: patterns over time in the UK acute coronary syndrome national audit programme.
The relationship between death and ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) is well established. However, the effect of ventricular tachyarrhythmias (VTAs) and death on survival after non-STEMI (NSTEMI) has not been examined. The UK Acute Coronary Syndrome National Audit Programme (ACS-NAU) was set up to assess current care and patient outcomes in all acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients. The present study comprises all 10009 cases of ACS-ACS-NAU have adjudicated as STEMI (n=6364), NSTEMI (n=3355), or unstable angina (n=182). ST-segment elevation was present in 69.2% of the STEMI cases. Patients with STEMI were younger and more likely to have positive 12-lead electrocardiograms and to receive reperfusion therapy than those with NSTEMI. There were 1248 (12.7%) deaths, and VTAs were observed in 27% of those with NSTEMI. Death occurred more frequently in patients with VTAs, particularly those with ventricular fibrillation (VF). Mortality rates were related to the risk of VTAs and VF, and the observed rates corresponded to those reported in case-series. Since the median time of death for VF was 4.2 h, late deaths were common

What’s New In?

Unlike other Explorer extensions, FolderBox has a design goal to be a native Windows Explorer extension. In other words, FolderBox is not a third-party Explorer-shell add-in. In addition to offering additional folder views, FolderBox requires no changes to Explorer-filters (e.g. Open with, “Add to this folder”). This means that FolderBox is a native Explorer add-in and does not interfere with other add-ins. In fact, FolderBox works in conjunction with existing Explorer extensions.

FolderBox was reviewed by Microsoft on May 24, 2013 as part of the pre-release process for Windows 8.1.

How to Install FolderBox

Download the latest version of the FolderBox extension from SourceForge

Run the v2.1.0 folder. This will unzip the contents of the FolderBox 2.1.0 folder into a temporary folder.

Run the folder.bat file

This will create a shortcut on your desktop for future use.

To open the FolderBox utility, double-click on the FolderBox icon.

Note:

Using FolderBox will enable the folder boxes throughout all drives and subfolders that you have mapped. For example, if you have a folder named My Pictures on a drive named D, then all subfolders and drives that are mapped to D will be visible. (such as E,G,J,K,M,N…)
If you don’t want to see the subfolder that you map (for example, C$), then you can uncheck the “Configure drive and folders with FolderBox” option when you run the FolderBox.bat file.

FolderBox Preferences:

You can configure FolderBox by clicking on the “Preferences” menu item in the FolderBox window.

Note:

The preferences dialog is not available during installation. Instead, the FolderBox preferences dialog will be displayed the first time you run FolderBox.
