Additional features:
In our tests, it didn’t seem to make any difference whether the advertisment was displayed on the sites that were blocked or allowed to display popups. And it didn’t prevent useful and needed pages from loading. Also, the add-on didn’t seem to raise any alert when websites tried to block pages from loading, even though the add-on claimed to have set-up an alert box. Also, the users complained that the long list of websites does not always work all the time. However, it did produce many false positives.
It does allow for fast screening of any online source that might be worth a visit. But it is limited when it comes to browsing a large amount of pages.
And it also doesn’t provide ad blocking in case that you might not want to install the addon.
It also does not check if you have the pop-up blocker extension enabled when performing checks.
