Gloco has been building high quality winter sports equipment in Germany since 1919 from the finest materials. The Classic Davos or Davoser Rodel 110cm, 43″ is the ultimate traditional snow sled. This model with long slats will quite happily accommodate two or three people as the seating slats are 43″ long 11″ wide, and tested to take 485 lbs. The runners at 14″ wide overall are wider than the seat, making it very stable indeed. The 5 seat rails curve gently to form an ergonomic shape, and all the beech wood timber has chamfered edges making it splinter free for you and your children & comfortable to hold on any section. Galvanized steel runners sit under timber bottom runners held with countersunk screws, forming a fast gliding sledge that’s easy to steer. This extended length model has 3 pairs of support legs from the seat to the runners, with galvanized steel supports for added strength.
